Michele and Ryan Armentrout bring formal education and hands-on expertise to every project. Michele holds a degree in Residential Construction Management and has extensive experience managing projects from the ground up. She also oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, constantly striving to expand our services and maintain the highest standards. As one of the few female owners in the construction industry—just 13%—Michele takes great pride in helping lead the way.

Ryan is a certified framer and carpenter who thrives in the field, connecting directly with our customers. He specializes in roof inspections, leak detection, gutter cleaning, and gutter guard installation. His approachable personality and attention to detail make him a customer favorite.

Together, we are certified in framing and carpentry, and we combine our strengths to form a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused team. Whether Michele is behind the scenes managing operations or up on a roof assisting with a repair, and whether Ryan is solving problems in the field, we both share a common goal: delivering top-quality workmanship and building trust through every job we take on.
